Mannetti Names Brave Warriors 2019 AFCON Squad

Namibia senior national team coach, Ricardo Mannetti, has announced the Brave Warriors squad for 2019 Afica Cup of Nations. The rest of the players to make up the the full AFCON squad will come from the 2019 COSAFA Cup squad that will be mentored by Assistant Coach Collin Benjamin in Durban.

Ryan Nyambe (Blackburn Rovers, England), Chris Katjiukua (Black Leopards, RSA), Tiberius Lombard (Lusaka Dynamos, Zambia), Riaan Hanamub  (Jomo Cosmos, RSA), Ananias Gebhardt (Baroka FC, RSA), Benyamen Nenkavu (Buildcon FC, Zambia)


Ronald Ketjijere (African Stars, Namibia), Denzil Haoseb (Highlands Park, RSA), Manfred Starke (Kaiserslautern FC, Germany), Willy Stephanus (Lusaka Dynamos, Zambia), Petrus Shitembi (Lusaka Dynamos, Zambia), Deon Hotto (Bidvest wits, RSA)


Benson Shilongo (Ismaily SC, Egypt), Iitamunua Keimuine (Dire Dawa FC, Ethiopia), Peter Shalulile (Highlands Park, RSA)

Midfieder Wangu Gome and forward Hendrick Somaeb through varying reasons such as injuries.
